Well if its wet then just wipe it off with a cloth and then scrub on the nail polish mark if its left then put it in the washer. Well this has happened to me before and I used nail polish remover and washed it more than 2 times and the mark never came off.
This isn't the best way, this is the only way,


use a cotton swab and dip it in nail polish remover, then rub it on the nail polish spot, then put it in the wash and tada!
Put them in the freezer, leave for an hour or so, take out and crack the polish off the jeans.


Wash them using a good stain remover to remove any remnant and hey presto - clean jeans.
