No it will not. Also, no polish will make your nails grow faster. Many people believe that some polish can make your nails grow faster simply because that is what it says on the bottle. Once the nail has grown out from the nail matrix, nothing you apply to it will make it grow any faster because it has already grown!Does wearing nail polish make my toe nails grown faster?
