Use Acetone; it's the same thing used to remove fake nails. It works better than nail polish remover because it doesn't have all those added chemicals.
Scratch it.
use another nail polish on top and wipe messy a little but it gets the job done
You could try rubbing alcohol. It always has worked for me.
put one coat of light colored nail paint over your nail and wait 2-3 seconds wipe it off with a rag, do this 2-3 times each nail and your previous nail paint will come off.

well if your trying to remove nail polish than run your nails under warm water (about as hot as you can stand it...don't burn yourself) and use the green side of a sponge. be gentle and it will eventually come off. don't scrub to hard or you will damge your nails.
