Claire's has some vibrant nail polish
but it takes SOOOOO many coats
alot of bright nail polish is thin
but there are alot of options and it depends where you live
I found a really cute Emerald Green by Sinful Nature at Walgreens. It's bright and sparkly, I get so many compliments on it and it's only $1.99!
