I dont know but dont use polish remover it will eat through the wood! How to take nail polish off of a wood table?
Spray it with some Simple Green, which I found at Home Depot. Let it sit a couple minutes, then lightly scrub with a green or blue scrub pad. It will take off the paint with very little if any damage to the finish. How to take nail polish off of a wood table?
Nail polish remover will eat through the finish...I'd try a product called Goof Off. It might work.

I also second the non-acetone theory...
Acetone will take the polish off- unfortunately the nail polish will probably have already dissolved the finish, and the acetone will complete the job. Use it sparingly, only where the polish is; and plan on sanding and refinishing your table, if you can't live with the results.
nail polish remover lol juse dont use a lot annd have soap %26amp; water ready on a rag lol to clean it fast works...
Non-acetone won't hurt the wood, just dab though instead of rub.
