Brittle finger nails and finger nail polish?

I'm a guy. In the fifty club and my finger, and toe nails are brittle. They break off all the time. I do drink milk but ??


Is there any thing like polish that will make them stronger ???Brittle finger nails and finger nail polish?
try moisturizer. If nothing works, you can go to a nail salon and just get an acrylic coating on your nails (without the lenght pr extensions).

Ther are plenty of products to help with this problem including certain nail polishes that don't color the nails. Check out the nail products aisle next time you go shopping.

PETROLEUM JELLY-VASELINE! AFTER HOT SHOWER, SPARINGLY RUB ALL OVA HANDS, CUTICLE, ARMS ELBOWS...ETC. WHILE WET. PAT DRY. DO THE SAME AT NITE, WASH, THEN COVER WITH GLOVES. IN BOUT 1 WEEK U WILL SEE THE DIFF. GOOD LUCK!
