It should be for many, many years. The only time that someone might throw away nail polish is a) they don't like the color or b) it's dried up/can't be used anymore. How long is the shelf life of nail polish?
Many years, if properly sealed....KECKHow long is the shelf life of nail polish?
Nail polishes are typically good for 2 years if stored properly. Storing them properly means storing them at room temperature or cooler and keeping them away from direct light. You know that you nail polish is too old to use when it no longer goes on smoothly or it's flaky, clumpy, etc.
I would guess a year or two. It will start flaking up and the marble in the nail polish will start to not move.
I know this chick put hers in the fridge and kept all of hers for 4-5 years and in still a good condition. Me, I don't do that anyhow, I throw them away when I see the polish drying up, or the color looking funny I throw it away.
if you keep the lid on tight and keep it in the fridge, i've had some that has lasted a few years! when it gets too thick to apply, then you can throw it out...
depends. how much of it do u inhale in a day?
Typically it's about 1 year. But putting it in the fridge makes it last longer. Same with lipsticks. Oh, and quick-dry nailpolish doesn't last as long.
Some of mine over year or two get old. It gets clumpy and isnt watery like new stuff. Its really just a pain to even work with, i would advise thowing it out when that happens
it lasts a LONG time. i still have some from like 5 years ago
