My nail polish is sticky and can't be used?

my nail polish is like a big soft block and dried how can i melt it to use it again?? instructions anyone??My nail polish is sticky and can't be used?
Honestly? The best thing to do at this point would be to throw out that bottle, and either use one which is newer, or buy a replacement. Sre, you could add a few drops of remover but that typically ruins the polish rather than to help it. It causes the polish to lose its luster so that it will look rather dull with no shine to it. Polish only last so long no matter how well you store it. Once its reached the point of being too thick or has partially dried, its best to throw it away.My nail polish is sticky and can't be used?
Depending on the thickness and Brand of your nail polish you can sometimes close it, and put it in a bowl of REALLY hot, steaming, water. but only for a few minutes, and only if you have a glass bottle.

Make sure that if you do this you put your bottle in warm water for two minutes B4 hand or it MIGHT break.
dont use nail polish remover hon because it will make the nail polish thicker and reduce the color.OPI has a nail polish thinner which makes your nail polish less thick. put in about 4-6 drops and then shake the polish, i bet it will be as good as new!
Put just a little bit of polish remover in the bottle and shake it up and let it sit for a while.

If you melt it it will go on fire!
You can't. It's garbage now. Buy new nail polish. Next time tighten the cap.
Um, open your purse and buy a new bottle! Do you do the same thing for glue or caulk or anything else that hardens up as it ages? No
Just pour a little bit of nail polish remover in there and shake it for a while.

Do NOT try to melt it with heat! It's flammable.
add a tiny bit of polish remover
buy a new one
add sperm... it worked for me
