Honestly? The best thing to do at this point would be to throw out that bottle, and either use one which is newer, or buy a replacement. Sre, you could add a few drops of remover but that typically ruins the polish rather than to help it. It causes the polish to lose its luster so that it will look rather dull with no shine to it. Depending on the thickness and Brand of your nail polish you can sometimes close it, and put it in a bowl of REALLY hot, steaming, water. but only for a few minutes, and only if you have a glass bottle.
Make sure that if you do this you put your bottle in warm water for two minutes B4 hand or it MIGHT break.
